The Global Compliance Training & Communication Specialist is responsible for assisting in the development and execution of Juniper's Global Compliance Training & Communication Strategy. This role involves developing key compliance messaging and internal employee communications globally for the Integrity & Compliance Group (ICG). The specialist will also develop subject-specific compliance training presentations with a corporate look and feel for the ICG theater leads. This position is part-time and reports to the Director of ICG for the Americas. Working hours:
20hr/week, 4hr/day Responsibilities: Develop risk-based training content, through consultation with subject matter experts and others, on related Juniper policies & procedures for ICG Theater Leads. Develop and implement priority learning solutions (Qstream platform) that support Juniper in maintaining compliance with company policies. Manage and track Juniper's Annual Code of Conduct completion, escalations, tracking, and reporting. Coordinate, assist in development, and execute communications in support of upcoming program initiatives utilizing multiple internal communications (Email, Core, Core TV, Yammer, Juniverse in 90 sec, etc.). Collaborate with Corporate Communications and Theaters to execute a communications strategy. Manage and coordinate the annual master training and communications calendar to ensure trainings and communications are executed and all supporting documents maintained (PPT decks, recording, attendance). Track annual data/metrics for all training & communication into a centralized repository for regulatory audits and inquiries. Coordinate with Theater Leads, Training Services (JULES), and AV Coordination/Event Team, quarterly webinars for new hire training Building Trust Through a Strong Speak Up Culture. Coordinate and schedule with HR and Theater Leads, the new manager training - Leading with Integrity. Skills: Minimum of 5 years of ethics & compliance experience working in the legal and/or ethics and compliance fields. Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills. Experience with graphic design programs including Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. Experience working as an LMS administrator or data analyst preferred. Intermediate skills with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, including pivot tables, vlookup. Proven troubleshooting, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work. Strong work ethic and ability to produce high-quality work under deadline pressures. Committed to growth mindset and continuous improvement. Honesty, integrity, and a positive, can-do attitude. Experience working inside a global company is preferred, but not required. Excellent project management experience, organizational and analytical skills. Ability to work effectively and constructively in a team environment. Ability to work effectively in a global environment and sensitivity to cultural differences. Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred. Minimum of 5 years of learning & development related experience, including instructional design, adult learning theory, and facilitation. Minimum of 5 years of ethics & compliance experience working in the legal and/or ethics and compliance fields. Seniority level
