This role involves crafting compelling and clear UX content for the client's shopping app and website, with a focus on enhancing customer delivery experiences. This role involves crafting compelling and clear UX content for the client's shopping app and website, with a focus on enhancing customer delivery experiences. Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Write clear, concise, and empathetic UX content for a global audience.
- Use data-driven insights to iterate and refine content.
- Lead content strategy for complex, high-profile initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with UX designers, researchers, product managers, and engineers.
- Apply best practices in localization and accessibility to UX writing.
- Maintain and update content libraries and frameworks.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional UX writing/content strategy experience, preferably in B2C eCommerce.
- Skills: Proficiency with Figma, strong portfolio showcasing UX writing.
- Soft Skills: Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Location: Ability to work on-site in Bellevue, WA, at least 3 days a week.
- Education: Degree preferred but not required.
- Experience with large tech companies (e.g., Microsoft, eBay, Meta, Google).
- Background in content strategy within the tech industry/eCommerce space.
