The Instructional Designer/Training Specialist will design, develop, implement and revise training resources, courses, eLearning, and videos for Legal employees.
There will be occasional opportunities to co-facilitate and offer train the trainer sessions.
This position supports the system training for Legal programs (link removed)>Bachelors in instructional design, education, or related field preferred
5-7 years of experience as an Instructional Designer/Developer in a corporate or consulting environment.
Experience designing CLE (Continuing Legal Education) courses in a law firm preferred.
Experience within the professional services industry with resultant knowledge of organizational behavior, adult learning principles, training and development techniques.
eLearning experience is a must.
Video creation and web design experience a plus.
Previous legal industry experience a plus.
