Key Responsibilities:

• Quoting and Sales – Engage with leads, provide insurance quotes, and close sales
• Prospecting & Lead Generation – Utilize in-house leads, referrals, and outbound strategies to acquire new clients
• Customer Consultation – Guide clients through the quoting and policy selection process
• Client Retention & Cross-Selling – Build relationships and offer additional coverage options
• Performance Tracking – Maintain accurate records in the CRM and meet sales goals

Qualifications:

• Active Property & Casualty insurance license (or willingness to obtain)
• At least 2 years of sales experience (insurance industry preferred)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
• Experience using CRM systems to manage client interactions

What Success Looks Like:

• Completing 50 new quotes per week and generating $50,000+ in new policy premiums per month
• Improving sales conversion rates over time through training and experience
• Providing excellent customer service to encourage referrals and positive reviews
