Job Summary

Work with company owners, presidents, CEOs, controllers, HR professionals, and executive directors to tailor employee benefit and HR programs. A significant part of the role involves seeking new business and building relationships with a broad network to facilitate growth.

Key Focus Areas

• Employee Benefits Sales & Retention

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Drive new business and manage client lifecycle from lead to post-sale service.
• Collaborate with sales and client service teams to meet sales goals and ensure quality service.
• Identify and qualify prospects, maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Develop and maintain relationships with decision-makers at potential clients.
• Participate in industry and community associations and take leadership roles.
• Develop sales strategies and prospect programs.
• Advise clients proactively on exposures and solutions to improve their bottom line.
• Support renewal processes and participate in client meetings.

Qualifications & Skills

• At least 3 years of employee benefits experience, preferably in sales within brokerage, insurance carrier, or TPA.
• Proven success in developing pipelines, sales strategies, and client relationships.
• Knowledge of employee benefits, wellness, healthcare, and insurance products.
• Strong communication, leadership, and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and internet navigation.
• Willingness to travel; Bachelor’s degree preferred; Valid insurance licenses required.

Note: Additional duties may be assigned as needed.

Austin-Seven Oaks, Edmond, Moore, Plano-Parkwood.
