Senior Marketing Manager – B2B Growth & Brand Strategy Lewistown, PA or Hickory, NC (On-site) Full-Time | $110,000–$125,000 Salary (DOE) Ready to lead transformative marketing in a growing, multi-brand B2B environment? We’re hiring a Senior Marketing Manager to drive brand elevation, campaign execution, and growth across a diverse line of commercial and facility-focused products. This is an opportunity to shape marketing strategy from the ground up in a company backed by strong financial partners and poised for expansion through innovation and acquisition. What You’ll Own: Build and execute full-funnel marketing strategies across multiple product lines Develop compelling brand messaging and market positioning to boost awareness and conversion Lead digital growth efforts across SEO, SEM, email, and paid campaigns Support sales enablement through content, programs, and lead-generation tools Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and executive teams Guide marketing around new capacity launches and acquisition integration Manage vendors, creative agencies, and internal talent as needed What You Bring: 7+ years of B2B marketing experience — ideally in commercial supplies, packaging, or industrial sectors Strong portfolio of brand-building and digital campaign execution Proficiency in CRM, marketing automation, CMS, and analytics tools Experience balancing strategic planning with hands-on tactical implementation Familiarity with products sold into Away-From-Home (AFH) markets (a plus) Proven success in high-growth or private equity-backed organizations Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (MBA a bonus) The Ideal Fit: Equal parts strategist and doer Data-driven, results-focused, and customer-centric Collaborative, entrepreneurial, and thrives in fast-moving environments Passionate about building and scaling marketing functions from the inside out Why This Role?
