Role Overview
A Sandwich Artist serves and adds value to customer needs in an efficient and friendly manner. This position promotes SUBWAY brand awareness and ensures hygiene standards are met.
Key Accountabilities
- Store Merchandising: Receive deliveries, check stock, perform daily bread counts, and food preparation including baking bread and cookies.
- Food Safety: Comply with Food Code of Practice, ensure proper food storage and hygiene, carry out temperature checks, and complete cleaning schedules.
- Security & Loss Prevention: Prevent theft and damage, follow security procedures, and secure cash and stock.
- Cashier Operations: Count end-of-shift monies and deposit in safe.
- Occupational Health & Safety: Follow safety procedures to prevent injuries and provide a safe environment.
- Personal Qualities: Maintain high presentation standards, work as a team, and complete training as directed.
- Key Challenges: Serve customers efficiently and friendly, uphold health and safety standards, and complete routines timely.
Perform similar or related duties as required.
