FULL TIME | IN-OFFICE Boulo Solutions is partnering with a small commercial real estate firm in town looking to hire a Director of Marketing to join their team. If marketing is your passion and you want to work for a nimble hard working team, this could be a good fit for you! The firm is an entrepreneurial, full service commercial real estate firm with property management, investment, and brokerage services. We are headquartered in downtown Birmingham in one of their fine properties. We are focused on adding and creating value for our clients. The marketing director role is a full-time salaried position, with flexibility. This individual will be a part of the management team and report directly to the President. Key Responsibilities: Make our marketing and branding the best in all of commercial real estate in Birmingham. Create marketing property flyers, send out email blasts, create listings online, press releases, quarterly newsletters, and offering memorandums. Understand SEO and work with third parties to improve it. Manage social media content and grow our followers. Plan, coordinate, and execute events such as broker events and customer appreciation events. Aggregate and organize proprietary data for the sales team. Define market positioning, competitive advantage, and target market. Be goal-oriented and manage time effectively. Photography skills are a bonus. Assist with tasks outside of your main responsibilities as needed. About Boulo:
