Job Description
We are an award winning agency that is looking to expand by building a larger book of business. We need a sales team to help us acquire new customers.
We focus on life, business, homeowners, and autoinsurance.
This position is an in-person position, but willalso require some local travel to network and grow our agency. It is always our goal to provide the absolute best customer service and that is the key to our success. The pay for this position is base pay andcommission withperformance bonuses. You will be working directly withexperienced agents, helping the agency grow, and you will also benefit as the growth continues. We embrace a team environment and are here to support each other.
You must be licensed to sell insurance inOhio, butif you are not currently licensed, we will assist you in completing this process.
In this role, you must have the drive and hunger for success and becomfortable communicating with people and forming relationships. You will be targeting businesses and consumers and building trust is key to success in this business.

Responsibilities
- Be outstanding at relationship building and providing customer service.
- Maintain client relationships with follow up phone calls.
- respond to queries, solicit further sales, and solve or refer problems.
- Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention to assure satisfaction.
- Provides on-going support to insurance clients as needed.
- Generating insurance quotes.
- Prospects for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketingand lead databases.
- Presents and explains insurance policy options based upon prospective client needs and their personalgoals.
