We are seeking a seasoned life insurance salesperson to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record of success in life insurance sales, a strong client focus and a commitment to delivering tailored insurance solutions

Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their individual needs and providing customized life insurance solutions.
- Generate and follow up on leads through networking, referrals, and other prospecting methods.
- Conduct i-depth consultations to evaluate clients' financial goals, and recommend appropriate policies.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas while maintaining a high standard of ethical practice.
- Stay current with industry trends, products, and regulations.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and execute sales strategies.
Requirements- Minimum of 2 years of experience in life insurance sales.
- Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- State Life and Health Insurance License (active and in good standing).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to assess client needs and provide suitable recommendations.
- Self-motivated with excellent time management skills.
