Job Details Position Type : Full Time Salary Range : $130000.00 - $170000.00 Travel Percentage : Up to 25% Job Category : Life Sciences Job Description The Senior Scientific Content Manager will be a key member of the Integra PrecisionQ –business unit. The individual will work to generate a robust framework to guide Market Insights and Advisory Boards efforts as well as develop insights and novel outputs for the Pharma, Biotech and the Healthcare sector in the Precision Medicine space. This position is focused on insight generation to drive value-based care for oncology patients by lowering cost and improving outcomes. Responsibilities: Develop and manage the framework/process on market insights content and reports delivery. Lead the development of content for Integra Connect PrecisionQ’s Market Insights and Advisory Board program. Act as a strategic partner to life sciences companies to frame, investigate, and answer key business questions. Connect analytics and findings generated from Market Insights meetings to tell a compelling and persuasive story and deliver clear and actionable recommendations to senior leadership. Lead efforts to integrate insights across cross-functional teams, including HEOR analytics, business operations, and medical writing. Align with other Integra Connect PrecisionQ teams to ensure cohesive activities with our stakeholders. Develop/Refine the existing framework for large-scale Market Insights events. Develop and maintain a catalog of findings generated through Market Insights efforts. Oversee and guide the development of Targeted Insights for life science stakeholders. Attend key (scientific/medical) conferences; identify emerging trends; and contribute to publications. Qualifications Advanced degree in biomedical sciences, public health, epidemiology, or a related field (PhD, MD, MPH, or MS preferred). 7-10 years of experience translating complex research findings into clear, impactful content. Oncology expertise from a scientific, medical, or pharmaceutical background with a basic understanding of the mechanism of oncology, and common therapies. Medical/scientific writing experience, including conference abstracts and posters. Preferred qualities: pro-active, collaborative, creative, energetic, and positive.
