The NextGen Finance Solution & Integration Lead is responsible for
• Shaping strategy& design for NextGen Finance and strategic roadmap build for GBS Finance with GBS and for Finance retained function. Develop holistic approach for operating model design and lead team through design, planning, and execution.
• Leading NextGen Finance portfolio initiatives including GBS Finance across multiple workstreams, including overall program design and delivery, project team leadership, timeline, budget, value realization, governance, stakeholder management, solutions design, and implementation partner management.
• Evaluation of opportunities and mobilization of approved projects including assessment, business case development, engagement of internal and external partners/stakeholders, and development of implementation strategies.
• Leading strategic integration with GBS on roadmap development, playbook deployment, and leverage of central capabilities. Define and implement enablement and capability strategies across talent, engagement, and training
• Develop and execute business engagement strategy for NextGen Finance across all stakeholders including Finance and GBS.

Finance has launched NextGen Finance program to drive BD Excellence across the function leveraging 4 core pillars – E2E Focus, Excellence Foundation, Simplified Interactions, and Digital First Mindset.
Responsibilities:
NextGen Finance Program Implementation Strategy Design, Mobilization, and Delivery
Develop program implementation strategy including scoping, assessment, design and mobilization. Run program during build phase and transition to the execution team as appropriate
Provide project leadership core team to design integrated design, roadmap, and deployment approach. Manage overall macro timelines and roadmap
Role may directly oversee solutions, design, and enablement team members
Oversee project resources/central team across OCM, design integration, vendors/partners and process areas to orchestrate program delivery
Coach and provide program core team guidance on day-to-day roles and delivery
For implementation phase, responsible for overseeing program delivery and PMO structure; including leading global teams, governance, value realization tracking, and stakeholder management
Develops and executes program governance model to ensure robust PMO processes including strong risk and interdependency identification and management (internal and external) and adherence to program governance model
Partners with GBS Excellence to determine operationalize playbook and establish run state support model
Partners with GBS center capabilities to define project support model and roles
Responsible for overall program effectiveness assessments, including KPI, VOC, and embed continuous improvement into program review and structure
Ensure value creation levers are defined to execution level with clear accountability and tracked
Lead resource strategy (internal and external vendor)
For vendors, lead requirements definition and partner with VMO on bid/section
Oversee delivery of external vendors supporting program
Serve as relationship and delivery owner for implementation partner supporting scope
Develop and implement sustainable run state and service infrastructure
Partner with GBS to ensure leverage of best in class tools and sharing of best practices across programs
Manage integration with BDX across playbooks, timelines, deployment plans. Identify interdependencies and drive strategic alignment
Develop the strategic roadmap and gain business alignment including integration to other strategic initiatives outside of the program
Ensure integrated end to end roadmap across people, process, technology dimensions with clear and robust deployment plans
Define and manage stakeholder engagement strategy including asset development across teams (BU, function, region, etc)
Lead communication and business engagement strategy for NextGen Finance including identification and management of key stakeholders
Partner with Corporate Communications, GBS, and other stakeholders to develop and execute communications and change management plans related to GBS Finance scope
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is preferred
Minimum of 15 years of experience in GBS or global functions with 5+ years in leadership role in large global scale finance or GBS transformation programs
Ability to influence people at all levels locally, regionally, and globally
A global, customer-first mindset with strong business acumen
A collaborative, can-do mentality, with the ability to drive change management initiatives
Effective communication and strong presentation skills; can speak across various forums and communicate to broad, diverse audience
Experience managing new scope assessment and opportunities in a GBS context
Budget management and understanding of complex organizational factors required
Demonstrated ability to create a value case and manage value realization
Mastery and a proven track record of leading change initiatives and execution of global projects and solutioning
Change management experience is required
The ability to build interdependent partnerships, acting as the mediator between organizations while optimizing the value proposition is required
Analytical and strategic thinker, and highly developed problem-solving skills
The ability to shape, creating a future vision and gaining support and alignment to that vision is required
