We are looking for a Senior PR Coordinator for a top fashion company in New York, NY! The Sr Coordinator, Global Integrated PR will support the Sr Manager, Global Integrated PR in the creation, management & execution of external communications strategies across the brand's seasonal campaigns, brand experiences and business lines in N. America and Globally. Focus for this role will be seasonal VIP campaigns, street style pitching, and regional communication.
Responsibilities:
- Support Sr Manager, Global Integrated PR /PR team in development of global communications strategies, programming and activations that align with brand goals and business objectives that drive consumer demand and awareness, focused on seasonal VIP campaigns, street style and regional comms.
- Support the development and execution of global communications initiatives, partnering on media requests and opportunities across product launches, brand campaigns, content and experiences.
- Co-manage seasonal communications plans with regional teams driving consumer demand and engagement through key product and campaign storytelling.
- Act as the primary liaison between regional teams and Global PR, ensuring streamlined communication and collaboration.
- Co-manage the day-to-day activities with regional and licensee partners, ensuring timely sharing of press rollouts & materials and adherence to strategy submission and meeting report deadlines.
- Collaborate with regional and licensee teams to optimize global PR strategies and create effective market-specific communications plans while staying in line with brand’s messaging.
- Partner with Integrated PR & Influence team, as well as other cross functional teams (Creative, Marketing, VIP, Corp Comms) – with a focus on coordinated owned/earned and paid GTM strategies, in partnership with owned Social Media/Advocacy and OMG to amplify key business priorities across all international markets.
- Organization of the communications calendar and track all media/PR activities globally.
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of relevant experience in PR/communications and fashion with experience overseeing international markets. Key relationships and proven track record within the fashion/entertainment/lifestyle/culture industry is a must. Experience developing cross-channel communications campaigns in culture, lifestyle, fashion, retail, entertainment and/or related fields. Demonstrated ability to put content in front of consumers.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Strong interpersonal & writing skills, with established relationships with key editors at global outlets.
- Knowledge of key international media outlets, and media trends in markets with a strong interest in fashion, entertainment, lifestyle, culture, art, music and design.
- Resourceful, creative and self-motivated with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
- Ability to thrive and adapt in a fast-paced, creative, collaborative environment.
- Team player with a strong point of view on media, digital platforms and emerging trends.
- Strong writing, grammar, and design skills – including drafting, editing, and proofreading press materials, and creating presentations with high-level creativity.
- Familiarity with PR tools such as Fashion GPS/Launchmetrics, Lefty, and MuckRack.
