Job Title: Marketing Director
Position Type: Fulltime
Location: Irvine, CA
Salary Range: $140K - $170K annually + benefits
Purpose:
To lead marketing initiatives, grow brand presence, and align strategies with the company’s mission of sustainable innovation. Looking for Marketing Director with our direct client which specializes in innovative, luxury, and sustainable living solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership Build and implement marketing strategies. Strengthen global brand recognition. Analyze markets and competitors. Maintain strong social media presence.
Campaign Management Run campaigns across digital, social, and traditional media. Oversee brand-aligned content creation. Lead product launches and work cross-functionally.
Event Participation Represent client at trade shows and industry events. Execute event strategies and follow up on leads, buyers, and investors.
Team Management Recruit and lead a high-performing marketing team. Encourage innovation and collaboration.
Partnership & Outreach Form relationships with media, influencers, industry leaders, and internal teams.
Performance Measurement Set KPIs, track data, and report performance to leadership.
Qualifications Required:
Experience:
8–10 years in marketing (5+ years in leadership roles). Successful history of strategy execution.
Skills:
Strong digital marketing, branding, PR knowledge. Great leadership and analytical skills.
Industry Knowledge:
Background in sustainable living, smart tech, luxury products, or EV automotive is a plus.
Education:
MBA or equivalent required.
