Location: Walnut, CaliforniaJob Type: PermanentCompensation Range: $65,000 - 80,000 per yearWe’re looking for a Graphic & Packaging Designer to create compelling, on-brand visual content for packaging, merchandising, and marketing materials. You’ll take projects from concept to production, collaborating with cross-functional teams and mentoring junior designers along the way.Responsibilities:Design a variety of materials, including POP displays, merchandising assets, product packaging, and marketing collateral.Create eye-catching graphics for store displays, promotional materials, and digital assets.Develop brand collateral, such as brand guidelines, brochures, mailers, magazine ads, and web banners.Collaborate with the product development team to design and refresh product packaging.Conceptualize and execute annual marketing campaigns, including image boards, casting, location selection, and budgeting.Oversee projects from initial concept to final production, ensuring high-quality execution.Produce 2D renderings and mock samples of packaging concepts.Provide art direction and styling for product photoshoots.Stay informed on industry trends to ensure messaging remains relevant and impactful.Mentor junior team members, fostering creativity and growth.Perform other duties as assigned by management.Qualifications:Education & Experience:Bachelor's degree in Design or a related field.4-6 years of experience in graphic design; experience in consumer goods or targeted marketing is a plus.Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:Proficiency in Mac environments and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat, GIF), as well as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Experience with video software and various file formats.Willingness to learn new skills and industry trends.Strong portfolio showcasing print, digital, and social media marketing creative work.Excellent written and verbal presentation skills.Strong attention to detail with the ability to stay organized and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.Self-starter with flexibility, creativity, and a strong sense of design.Experience with budgeting, cost estimation, and meeting financial objectives.Strong understanding of social media platforms and competitive landscape.Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.Strong organizational skills, with the ability to set priorities and manage deadlines.High attention to accuracy and detail in all aspects of work. Skills: Mac environmentsAdobe Creative SuitePackage DesignJobID: 1081781 #LI-CELLA#LI-JB1#PLEqual Opportunity Employer: Race, Color, Religion, Sex, Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity, National Origin, Age, Genetic Information, Disability, Protected Veteran Status, or any other legally protected group status.At Cella, a randstad digital company, we welcome people of all abilities and want to ensure that our hiring and interview process meets the needs of all applicants.
