Palco Power Systems, a subsidiary ofScott Electric Company, aWestern PA distributor of Kohler Power Systems, is seeking a Service Writer at the Jeannette, PA location. (M-F 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM).

Responsibilities

• Calling customers
• Scheduling generator repairs
• Scheduling generator routine maintenance
• Handling billing issues

Requirements:

• Computer Skills
• Prior experience in scheduling and repair
• Must be detailed-oriented
• Mechanical experience preferred
• Must be able to multitask and be process-driven
• Must have good communication skills
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment

Candidates with electrical knowledge are preferred.

Must submit a background check and drug testing
