We seek a talented Interior Designer to join our client’s innovative and collaborative team in Atlanta, GA.
As a key member of our client’s creative force, you'll have the opportunity to work on breathtaking homes ranging from 7,500 to 10,000 sq ft, nestled in picturesque mountain, lakeside, and coastal settings. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping their signature style, which seamlessly blends with the natural surroundings and client preferences, as you collaborate closely with architectural teams from site selection through project completion. If you're passionate about creating bespoke designs, including custom lighting and furniture, and thrive in a fun, nimble, and trusting work environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you to leave your mark on some of the most exquisite residences in the country.
The Interior Designer role works closely with Project Managers and the Studio Director on all phases of client projects, emphasizing interior architectural drawings. You’ll be a part of a highly respected, fast-paced team creating top luxury residences nationwide. This position is full-time and reports to the Project Managers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture
- 2-5 years of work experience
- Proficiency in Autodesk & Adobe Suites (including Photoshop), Microsoft 365, Revit, and freehand drawing
- Willingness to be coached with a desire to grow professionally within the firm
- Must have a positive attitude and be a good team player
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Organized and detail-oriented; possess strong interpersonal skills
- Maintain a professional demeanor and polished appearance
- Strong commitment to client service and understanding of decorum with contractors and partners regarding clients’ privacy
- Develop creativity, new ideas, processes, and skills to eventually lead projects
- Create relationships with industry partners, artisans, and workrooms
- Cultivate skills by creating interior architectural drawings, including but not limited to furniture plans, reflected ceiling plans, and millwork drawings
