Junior
Interior Designer.

Qualifications: Bachelor of Architecture or Interior Design degree. Up to 5 years of experience. Revit proficient, AutoCAD knowledgeable Exceptional graphic and rendering skills, preferably with EnScape, Photoshop and Adobe Suite. High-quality design skills and a passion for excellence. Detail oriented, well organized, and open to new challenges. Understanding of furniture layout concepts and sourcing with vendors. Experience selecting and specifying interior finishes, knowledge of materials application and detailing. Experience interfacing with vendors and materials specialists. Ability to self-motivate, work both independently and within a team, and work on multiple projects and deadlines. Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to present ideas in a clear and thoughtful manner. Responsibilities : Clear communication with Director of Interior Design, interface with senior management, and collaboration with team members. Develop interior design concepts, and materials palettes. Create and deliver client presentations, prepare renderings and presentation materials. Research, source, and specify interior materials, hardware, lighting, appliances, and plumbing fixtures. Assist with the production of construction documents and other project deliverables. Assist with Construction administration, including site visits, RFIs, control samples, shop drawings, and punch lists.
