Develop design concepts through SketchUp sketches, mood boards, material samples, and other sketch drawings. Prepare drawing sets based on the established design intent, including architectural and millwork details, and schedules (finish, hardware, etc.). Coordinate design efforts with relevant consultants and construction team. Lead the Construction Administration phase by managing correspondence, RFIs, and submittals. Assist in client presentations and work closely with the design team to ensure smooth project delivery. Maintain effective communication with team members and external partners, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks. Skills & Requirements: 4–7 years of professional experience in an architecture and/or interior design studio. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, and Revu (Bluebeam). Experience in single- and multi-family residential design. Strong ability to create technical drawings and develop design concepts from start to finish. Ability to manage construction administration and ensure alignment with design intent. Degree from an accredited interior design or architecture school. Seniority Level:
