Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Graphic Design Intern to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities:
- Assist in the creation of maps, diagrams, charts, graphs, and other infographic elements for a variety of projects.
- Support the design and layout of documents, presentations, and marketing materials based on provided data, messaging, and storyboards.
- Conduct research to gather visual references, data, and information to support the creation of graphics.
- Help design and prepare PowerPoint templates and presentations.
- Create and edit sponsorship ads, displays, and banners to meet project specifications.
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure design consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for design solutions.
- Assist in reviewing and refining design concepts based on feedback from team members and clients.
Qualifications:
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Strong understanding of design principles, layout, typography, and visual communication.
- Ability to create clean, effective, and aesthetically pleasing designs.
- Good understanding of creating infographics and visual data representations.
- Familiarity with Microsoft PowerPoint for template and presentation creation.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- A portfolio showcasing design work or relevant academic projects is preferred.
