Job Title: Internal Communications Specialist
Responsible to: Global Head of Talent Management
Location: Knoxville, Tennessee - 4 days per week in the Head Office

As our brand-new Internal Communications Specialist, you’ll play a critical role in keeping our employees informed, engaged, and aligned with Regal Cineworld Group’s strategic goals, values, and culture. This stand-alone position will have you overseeing the entire internal communications process from developing strategies, creating content, and executing innovative engagement initiatives. Your work will help foster a culture of pride and brand advocacy, ensuring every team member feels connected to our mission, no matter where they are in the world.
What will you be doing?
Global Internal Communications Strategy
You will develop and refine the annual global internal communications strategy, aligning employees with Regal Cineworld Group’s priorities. You will define the internal voice, manage a calendar of key messages, create roll-out guidelines, and conduct audits to identify gaps and opportunities.
Content Creation
You will create engaging internal communications content, including digital copy, articles, announcements, and videos. You will collaborate with internal and external teams to develop visually appealing assets and work with Operations to improve field employee communication, ensuring all content aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a consistent tone.
Delivery
You will design and implement a multi-channel internal communications framework, balancing digital and in-person interactions. You will manage communication channels, organize creative events with Operations, and provide training to employees on effective use of communication tools.
Leadership Communications Excellence
You will lead and support leadership communication initiatives, including global town halls. You will advise senior leadership on best practices and influence their role in activating campaigns.
Cross-Functional Partnerships
You will collaborate with HR and other key stakeholders to engage audiences in global You will collaborate with HR and key stakeholders to engage audiences in global communications, ensuring clarity for culture and transformation initiatives. You will support employee recognition programs and manage communication plans for potential crises.
Evaluation and Improvement
You will establish key metrics to track communication effectiveness, benchmark practices against industry standards, and implement feedback mechanisms to drive continuous improvement.
About you
- You have proven experience in a global internal communications management role, overseeing the end-to-end process.
- You have successfully driven employee engagement in fast-paced, international organizations, working across diverse populations and themes like business priorities, cultural programs, change, and crises.
- You possess exceptional written, visual, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives for diverse audiences, including senior stakeholders.
- You excel in project management, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail.
- You are proactive and innovative, with expertise in utilizing digital platforms and online communication tools to lead internal communications independently.
