About the Role As our eCommerce & Marketing Associate, you’ll play a key role in building community, driving customer retention, and keeping our online presence buzzing. You’ll be at the intersection of customer support, marketing, and eCommerce operations — helping make sure every customer feels like part of the SMACKIN’ squad. What You’ll Do Own customer service operations:

Be the voice of our customers Manage our Facebook VIP group , posting updates, giveaways, and new flavor drops Engage with our social community

— reply to comments, DMs, and UGC shoutouts Build and manage our Loyalty Program Support retention marketing efforts , including flavor polls, loyalty updates, and SMS/email ideas Help coordinate and execute

giveaways , product launches, and surprise drops Track and report on key community and retention metrics (like engagement rate and NPS) Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and test new ideas that drive repeat purchase You’ll Thrive in This Role If You... Have experience with Shopify and the Loyalty/Retention Apps within Shopify.
