Upon completing the merger with The Queen Casino & Entertainment Inc. (“Queen”), Bally’s portfolio will expand to include four additional casinos across three states, including Iowa. Queen will add over 900 employees, approximately 2,400 slot machines, 50 table games, and 150 hotel rooms. Bally’s will also acquire Queen’s stake in a global lottery business through its investment in Intralot S.A.
The Role:
Processes betting slip transactions in accordance with regulations. This includes selling/cashing tickets, making change, cashing checks, and redeeming tickets.
Responsibilities:
- Create wagering tickets and cash tickets for guests.
- Collect the correct amount from guests and provide change.
- Assist guests with questions about wagering and self-betting terminals.
- Verify and balance drawer funds at shift start and end, safeguarding funds.
- Maintain a neat, organized, and professional window area.
- Maintain knowledge of property information, including memorabilia.
- Provide excellent guest service.
- Record and deposit cash at shift end with proper paperwork.
- Ensure compliance with federal currency transaction reporting.

- Perform other duties as assigned.
