The
Foreign Affairs , Marketing Product intern will learn valuable project management skills in an agile environment. They will learn about the process of handling off designs to development, leading and managing a team of developers, as well as requirement gathering for launching new products.
CFR internships are paid, require a 14 - 18 hour commitment, and are filled on a rolling basis.
CFR’s fall internship program gives interns the opportunity to choose whether to work in our office in a hybrid capacity (half in the office, and half remote), or on an offsite fully remote basis.
The major responsibilities of this position will include (but are not limited to):
Improve production process for website and app content
Assist with development and support of product launches
Assist with web updates through CMS
Assist with newsletter products
Assist with data visualization, story telling, and presentations
Asist with analytics reporting on digital marketing campaigns or product performance
Qualifications
Undergraduate student with educational concentration in design, business, marketing, computer science, engineering, or other related field
All applicants should have completed the equivalent of four semesters of college coursework (not including AP classes in high school) by the time they begin an internship)
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Previous experience with graphic design
Experience in Adobe suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, or Sketch
Experience in Jira is preferred
Pay Rate
$17.50 per hour
