Campaign Manager - Legal Vertical

The Role: The Campaign Manager will be the cornerstone of our digital marketing efforts for our Legal Growth Engine (LGE) product, overseeing high-value, multi-channel programs that drive reputation management, visibility, and case conversion growth for our clients. This analytical, quantitative role requires someone who can execute with precision while managing people and processes effectively. You'll work cross-functionally with Product, Customer Operations, and Marketing teams to ensure campaigns meet performance goals, budgets are optimized, and margins are maintained. Confident communication skills are key, as you'll engage directly with customers when necessary. This role reports to the Head of Digital Marketing and is based in our El Segundo HQ.
Core Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the planning and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across PPC, SEM, and other paid media channels to maximize performance and ROI.
- Translate client objectives into innovative media strategies that balance visibility, reputation management, and case conversions.
- Serve as a key liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and alignment with client goals.
- Analyze campaign data to identify trends, optimize strategies, and deliver actionable insights. Present performance reports and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Maintain campaign budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and channel optimization while meeting margin objectives.
- Continuously refine and implement best practices for campaign planning, execution, and reporting to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Represent the company in customer discussions as needed, providing clarity, and recommendations, and ensuring satisfaction with campaign outcomes.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing campaign management with a strong focus on multi-channel strategies.
- Expertise in PPC, SEM, social, and other paid media platforms.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with experience in data-driven decision-making and advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
- Proven track record of managing budgets, optimizing campaigns, and delivering measurable results.
- Experience in client-facing roles with the ability to build trust and credibility.
- Strong project management skills, including managing cross-functional teams and meeting tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of creative development processes and audience targeting strategies.
- A collaborative mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.

We expect the compensation for this role to have a range that starts at $110,000 and will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience. We encourage all interested candidates to apply.
