We are seeking a talented and versatile 'UI/UX and 2D Motion Graphic Designer' to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in crafting visually compelling 2D designs and a solid understanding of UI/UX principles. Key Responsibilities:

1. Graphic Design:
   • Create visually striking designs for marketing materials, social media content, presentations, and other digital and print media.
   • Develop engaging 2D illustrations, infographics, and branding elements aligned with the company's visual identity.
   • Collaborate closely with the marketing and content teams to conceptualize and deliver designs that meet business goals.
2. UI/UX Design:
   • Design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for websites and mobile applications, prioritizing aesthetics and functionality.
   • Conduct user research, develop personas, and create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
   • Work closely with developers and product managers to ensure seamless design implementation.
   • Conduct usability testing and apply feedback to enhance the user experience.
3. Brand Consistency:
   • Ensure all designs and interfaces adhere to brand guidelines, maintaining a cohesive visual identity across all platforms.
   • Continuously innovate and evolve design strategies, keeping up with the latest design trends and industry standards.
4. Collaboration:
   • Partner with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative, impactful solutions.
   • Present design concepts to stakeholders and iterate based on their feedback.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Familiarity with interactive prototyping tools like InVision or Marvel.
2. Basic understanding of HTML/CSS to collaborate effectively with developers.
3. Experience in branding and identity design.

Other Requirements:

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, interaction design, or a related field.

3. Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Sketch, and Figma.
4. Strong portfolio showcasing a range of graphic design, 2D illustrations, and UI/UX projects.
5. Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail, typography, and color theory.
6. Knowledge of user-centered design principles and best practices in UI/UX.
7. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
