Interpreter & Business Communications Strategist will play an important in supporting the company in all aspects of the business to make sure everything runs smoothly. The individual will be responsible for facilitating special projects/tasks within KONAMIs digital business field(sales, marketing, licensing, production, business development, etc.) by communicating/coordinating with all stakeholders. This will require this individual to be able to communicate effectively in Japanese and English (writing and speaking) within the US and overseas offices. This position will also require the individual to manage tasks and schedules, conduct research, and compile the information for executive reviews and presentations. The responsibilities listed are not all-inclusive and additional duties and tasks will be assigned as needed. This position may require domestic and international travel as needed. Responsibilities : Play the role of translator/interpreter for meetings with HQ Executives and Development Teams Translate documents and presentations from Japanese to English and vice versa Facilitate communications within various departments within the US office and overseas offices Manage day-to-day administrative duties Conduct research Qualifications: Fluent in Japanese and English Degree from an accredited university or equivalent work experience Excellent communication skills and adaptability; the ability to work effectively across the organization and with a variety of personalities High proficiency in Microsoft Office(Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) Shows initiative and ability to work independently with minimal direction Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously Ability to move quickly and make on-the-spot decisions without sacrificing attention to detail Preferred - experience working in a Japanese company Preferred - Interest in various types of entertainment content (video games, movies, comics, animation, music, etc).
