As the Group Creative Director, you'll lead the charge in developing integrated campaign creative that breaks through the noise, setting the standard for excellence across concepting, copywriting, and art direction. You'll lead and inspire a talented team of ad creatives and brand copywriters and collaborate across internal and external partners to bring Intuit's brand purpose to life in ways that feel modern, fresh, and unforgettable.
Responsibilities
- Lead Intuit's Campaign Creative Vision: Drive the creation of bold, culture-shaping brand campaigns that position Intuit as a leader in financial technology, while ensuring strategic alignment with business priorities.
- Set the Creative Bar: Push boundaries with innovative ideas that turn heads and create impact. Your campaigns will set the tone for Intuit's brand voice across every touchpoint, from go-to-market activations to sponsorships, events, and digital experiences.
- Build and Inspire a High-Performing Team: Lead, mentor, and empower a talented team of copywriters, fostering an environment of collaboration, innovation, and growth. Build a team culture that values creativity, accountability, and fun.
- Drive Cultural Relevance: Stay plugged into cultural and industry trends, using your insights to create work that's timely, relevant, and resonates emotionally with audiences.
- Collaborate Across the Ecosystem: Partner closely with internal stakeholders, external agencies, directors, and production partners to bring the work to life with excellence and efficiency.
- Champion Customer-Centricity: Apply deep customer empathy to create campaigns that are not only beautiful but strategically effective. Test, learn, and iterate to deliver breakthrough results.
