Position Overview
In this newly created role, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing social media and customer engagement strategies for the Morris & Dickson brand suite. Required experience includes the use of social media platforms, content creation, analytics, and results tracking to maximize audience engagement for four separate but adjacent brands. Responsibilities will also include the initiation and management of our email and communication marketing strategy (contact management, email design and leveraging performance metrics). You will work closely with internal and external resources (IT, contracted designers and freelancers, business development) as well as your own marketing team to create and execute compelling marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and customer loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage marketing leads to inform and implement tailored, comprehensive social media strategies for four brands.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all platforms.
- Create, maintain and publish dynamic campaign calendars for all brands that include content, platform and action items that align with planned marketing campaigns and events.
- Communicate with and gain commitment from internal stakeholders and leadership during creation of brand content and prior to campaign implementation.
Content Creation & Management
- Produce, curate, and schedule engaging content (e.g., posts, videos, stories) for social media platforms that include Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, X/Twitter, and emerging channels.
- Collaborate with external resources including graphic designers and copywriters to create high-quality visuals and copy.
- Stay updated on industry trends to implement innovative social media tactics.
- Manage the design and delivery of customer-facing and external emails, ensuring messaging and branding consistency across platforms.
Community Management
- Monitor, capture and respond to public comments, messages, and reviews across all social channels promptly and professionally.
- Build and nurture online communities, fostering relationships with followers, customers, and influencers.
- Oversee contact management including maintaining updated contact lists for targeted audiences.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track and analyze social media performance metrics (e.g., engagement, reach, conversions) and email performance metrics (open rates, click-thru rates, bounces) for all brands.
- Provide monthly reports with insights, trends, and recommendations to optimize the effectiveness of future campaigns and strategies.
- Evaluate existing and available engagement tools and make recommendations for future resource investments.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to align social media efforts with broader business goals.
- Manage relationships with external agencies or freelancers for specialized social media projects.

- Growth in social media followers and engagement rates for all brands.
- Increased website traffic and lead generation from social platforms.
- Consistent management of email metrics, contact management and bounce rates.
- Timely execution of campaigns and adherence to content calendars.
- High customer satisfaction and responsiveness in community management.
The chosen candidate will have:
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- 4+ years of B2B social media management experience.
- Experience managing multiple brands or accounts simultaneously.
- Expertise in social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, X/Twitter) and social media management tools (e.g., Loomly, Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Buffer) as well as a desire to incorporate new platforms as appropriate and available.
- An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking abilities with a knack for storytelling and visual aesthetics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Preference will be given to candidates that have:
- Marketing experience specifically in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
- Experience creating and managing social media platform budgets.
- Graphic design and/or video editing skills.
- Experience integrating CRM and contact/communication tools to maximize customer engagement.

Compensation : Up to $80K salary with a performance-based bonus plan tied to social media and email KPI’s; cellphone allowance.
