About the role: We are seeking a detail-orientated Graphic Designer focusing on brand identity, social media, advertising, broadcast, and more. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, a drive for storytelling through design, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. This position will report directly to the Sr. Graphic Designer in Austin, Texas. Key Responsibilities: Conceptualize, design, and iterate print and digital materials for both in-house and external projects: including advertisements, social media posts, flyers, presentations, user interfaces, packaging, broadcast graphics, and more. Ability to translate identity guidelines, from various brands, accurately and consistently. Collaborate effectively with several departments, including Motion Graphics. Manage multiple projects under deadlines independently. Requirements: Strong portfolio demonstrating an understanding of design principles. Receptive to feedback and skilled at managing iterations and constructive critiques. Willing to share your thoughts and feedback during critiques. Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Familiarity with Figma, Adobe After Effects and Premiere is a bonus. Proficient with Powerpoint, Keynote, and Google Slides. Strong branding, identify, and typography skills. Understanding of broadcast design best practices. Proactive work ethic and self-discipline.
