00pm (1 hour lunch break) Pay : 60k-75k / year About the Company - A Japanese entertainment company is looking for a Marketing Associate. Drive views to the company's Official YouTube channel for monetization and promotion. Be an expert on all social channels and their tools, managing relationships with each platform. Create engaging video clips from library content for SNS platforms. Create other engaging social media content. Collaborate with Japan HQ to provide up-to-date information on current news and products. Develop marketing strategies and schedule new and catalog Anime release titles. Develop a social media strategy and activity plan to increase brand visibility for the Anime industry in North America via SNS channels. Monitor social trends, stay abreast of new social platforms and best practices, and provide competitive social analysis. Work with content, brand, planning, engagement, and licensing teams to maintain the promotions calendar. Plan and execute events from start to finish according to requirements, target audience, and objectives. Create, track, and deliver press releases to industry media. Communicate with the team and create sales and marketing materials. Handle special projects as requested. Fluent in Japanese and English. Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Marketing. Relevant experience in TV production / streaming / licensing industry is preferred. At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with experience in SEM, SEO, and / or Paid Social being a plus. Ability to handle confidential information professionally. Knowledge of media, entertainment, and technology industries, including key players, growth trends, and new media models. Analytical, results-driven, and detail-oriented, with the ability to tell a story using campaign results. Knowledge of Adobe Premier or equivalent graphic design and video editing software.
