Job Description:

The Studio Manager manages and leads the operation and staff of a portrait studio in a host environment. Responsibilities include:

• Providing remarkable customer service throughout the photographic, sale, and delivery experience
• Following established operational processes for scheduling, hiring, training, selling, and photography
• Managing performance and developing the skills of Team Members
• Achieving results such as sales averages and customer satisfaction

Skills You’ll Bring:

• Minimum 18 years of age
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; college degree preferred
• 2+ years of supervisory, retail, sales, service, or photography experience preferred
• Ability to work varied schedules, including days, evenings, holidays, and weekends
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to quickly develop rapport with children and adults
• Strong math and intermediate computer skills (navigation, data entry, Microsoft Excel)

Pay Rate: $20.00/hour

This position will accept applicants on an ongoing basis until filled.
