Description: Our client is currently seeking a Technical Writer

About The Job

As a Technical Writer, you will play a key role in creating and maintaining high-quality documentation that supports our users, developers, and internal teams. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather information, write clear and concise content, and ensure documentation is accurate and up to date.

Responsibilities

• Develop, write, and maintain training materials, end-user documentation, operations manuals, and technical user guides.
• Conduct interviews with subject matter experts to gather and validate technical information.
• Collaborate with development teams to assess documentation needs and ensure alignment with product updates.
• Organize and document business and technical processes, procedures, and standards.
• Ensure content is accessible, consistent, and tailored to the needs of the target audience.
  
  

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Technical Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 1 year of experience in technical writing or developing technical communications for specific audiences.
• Basic understanding of technical concepts related to software products and systems.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience developing documentation standards, templates, or tools.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple documentation projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
