Location: Dallas Metro Area, Remote
Travel: Some travel required for events; occasional weekend work
Experience: 2+ years influencer management and 1+ years partnership activation experience in the gaming industry; strong familiarity with Fortnite, Rocket League, and League of Legends

The Role
We’re looking for a dynamic and resourceful Influencer Marketing Manager to oversee Dignitas’ roster of influencers and creators, with a strong focus on executing high-impact marketing deliverables. You’ll play a key role in managing relationships with talent while driving the successful fulfillment of both campaign-based and long-term partnership obligations.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record of guiding creators to meet contractual obligations and timelines, while thriving in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment. You’re confident navigating shifting priorities, balancing multiple requests, and communicating clearly with both internal teams and external talent.
This role also supports Raidiant by identifying and sourcing top-tier gaming influencers and content creators for brand partners and live events. You bring a strong pulse on the creator landscape, a go-to list of talent recommendations, and an instinctive grasp of fair market pricing for gaming-focused campaigns.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and strengthen relationships across the full talent portfolio—including players and creators—to align talent, marketing, and partnership efforts
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, content, and production teams to fulfill internal campaigns and external brand commitments
- Develop and execute talent outreach strategies for Raidiant events and branded campaigns; provide recommendations aligned with client goals
- Oversee talent deliverables including content shoots, livestreams, and social posts to ensure brand and contractual compliance
- Collaborate with the Fortnite Director at the Dallas house to coordinate content shoots and ensure visually polished, high-impact output
- Maintain an on-site presence at the Dallas Fortnite house to support creators, gather feedback, and co-develop standout content concepts
Who You Are
- 2+ years influencer/creator management experience, 1+ years in partnership or marketing activation experience within the gaming industry
- Deep understanding of gaming culture, particularly Fortnite, Rocket League, and League of Legends
- Comfortable working with young gaming talent and creators in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with proven experience delivering results
- Strong network of gaming talent agencies and influencers across various platforms and audience sizes
- Willingness to travel for events and support weekend activities as needed
- Bonus points for sales or content production experience, but not required

Travel Requirements
Candidates will have to attend content/stream shoots at Dallas Fortnite house as well as travel for most major gaming conferences and events that Dignitas participates in (15-20% time). Trips may require air travel and/or overnight stay for one or more nights

This position requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Work Environment
This position can be filled remotely but must be within driving distance to Allen, TX. Attendance at events taking place in the arena or offsite, including on weekends and/or holidays, may be required.
