Title : UX Designer Location : Hybrid 3 days a week - Chicago, IL Bachelor's degree in UX, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, HCI, or related field ~1-5 years of professional UX/UI experience, working within an enterprise or agency environment ~ Experience creating desktop / responsive web applications ~ Flexibility to handle various design tasks including concepting, research, visual design ~ Experience working directly with subject matter experts, stakeholder teams, or research participants to translate their needs into design outputs ~ Experience working within established design systems ~ Current online portfolio that demonstrates solving client problems - a URL (with necessary passwords) to work examples must be provided for consideration.
