Responsibilities
- Own and manage paid search campaigns on Amazon and other retail media platforms, executing both tactical adjustments and long-term optimization strategies.
- Serve as the subject matter expert in a key advertising function—owning training content and guiding peers on best practices and internal workflows.
- Analyze campaign results and trends to extract insights and recommend strategy shifts that drive business impact and improve client performance.
- Communicate clearly and regularly with internal stakeholders and external clients to provide updates, strategic recommendations, and performance reviews.
- Conduct competitive research and market analysis to inform campaign planning and positioning.
- Participate in weekly team standups, knowledge shares, and skill-building sessions to stay sharp and contribute to department growth.
- Proactively identify campaign enhancement opportunities using AI tools, automation, and team collaboration.
- Maintain documentation, track KPIs, and ensure alignment between performance data and broader client goals.
- Contribute to new training materials and help evolve internal advertising operations.
- Consistently meet or exceed internal benchmarks for campaign quality, responsiveness, and client satisfaction.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support broader advertising and brand initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2+ years of experience in digital advertising, preferably in an agency or performance marketing environment.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Advertising Console, retail media networks (e.g., Walmart Connect), or similar ad platforms.
- Familiarity with campaign strategy, A/B testing, keyword bidding, and data interpretation across retail and performance channels.
- Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets for analysis, reporting, and data visualization.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex performance data into clear action plans.
- Ability to manage multiple clients or projects simultaneously with keen attention to detail and a solution-first mindset.
- Demonstrated ownership of campaign results and ability to make strategic, data-informed decisions.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with evolving priorities.
