Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and understand consumer trends. Develop and implement a brand strategy that aligns with our business goals. Manage our online retail channels and consumer stores to maximize sales. Oversee the design and layout of all digital assets, including website graphics, social media content, and email campaigns. Use analytics tools to monitor and report on the performance of our digital marketing campaigns and make recommendations for improvement. Collaborate with other departments to ensure our marketing efforts align with their goals. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a digital marketing role, preferably in the Accounting and Finance industry. Proven experience in managing Google Ads, social media campaigns, and lead generation. Strong understanding of digital media and advertising. Experience in conducting market research and developing brand strategies. Knowledge of retail channels and consumer stores in the ecommerce space. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator for graphic design tasks. Experience in web design and an understanding of best practices for user experience. Basic photography and videography skills, with the ability to capture and edit digital content. Exceptional communication and project management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
