Position : Senior Mechanical Lab HVAC Engineer
Full Time role
Location : Philadelphia, PA
Job Description
Mechancial design engineer experienced in the engineering and design of cGMP and BSL laboratory HVAC for Life science and Academic facilities. Candidate must demonstrate a minimum of 7 years in laboratory design.
Major Skills :
- Minimum 7 years of experience in mechanical engineering and HVAC design for laboratories.
- Experience in the life science sector, such as pharmaceutical, biotech, or academic research labs.
- Knowledge of cGMP and BSL lab environments.
- Ability to design HVAC systems that meet the specialized needs of labs (such as air cleanliness, temperature control, humidity, and pressure requirements).
- Familiarity with safety regulations and standards in laboratory settings.
- Ideally, experience with projects in multiple locations, such as large academic or pharmaceutical campuses.
