- $35 - $37/hour based on previous experience.
- Full-Time, 5 days a week on-site in Lake Forest, Monday - Friday - normal business hours.
- Working in the training team skilled in instructional design, learning strategy, and implementation
- Leading or participating in all aspects of the industry-standard methodology for assessing, designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating content.
- Creating instructor-led courses (virtual and in-person), eLearning, and other instructional materials that simplify complex concepts, present information attractively, and maximize information retention and knowledge transfer.
- Collaborating openly and effectively with people at all levels in the organization.
- Maintain the Learning Management System by assigning training and processing profile updates.
- Manage project timelines and drive initiatives to ensure on-time delivery.
- Ensure the quality and accuracy of all training materials by facilitating successful review processes as needed continually.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Education, Instructional Design, or related field.
- 2 or more years of relevant work experience, preferably as an instructional designer, educational technologist, eLearning developer, and Learning Management System (LMS), specifically, ISOtrain, expertise.
- Understanding of the required elements for different training delivery methods, like computer-based training, instructor-led training content, and competency assessments.
- Experience using Articulate Storyline, or similar design and development software.
- Collaboration and interpersonal skills - the role will frequently interact with stakeholders and other team members, so collaboration and open communication is essential.
