ESSENTIAL DUTIESThe ideal candidate is a passionate, customer-centric social media marketer with a relentless drive for developing content, and a track record of delivering ROI-positive social media content and influencer programs at scale.Up to date with new online trends, SEO, CRM and able to transfer these into Optoma’s online social strategies that fit into the entire marketing roadmap for both B2B and B2C channels.Strong understanding & experience of SEO, building communities and engaging consumers.Responsible for and drive Optoma’s social media strategy and execution.Create and implement the social media strategy for both B2B and B2C platforms to maximize sales and marketing investment.Manage Optoma’s presence on social media channels and communities, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Reddit, and Wikipedia to meet marketing goals.Create and manage social media content calendars, including writing and editing engaging posts, articles, and multimedia content.Ensure content provides clear benefits to the target audience, conveys the Optoma brand voice & personality, and meets high quality standards; author & execute content.Create, re-purpose and post content on all channels.Establish and build stronger relationships with the online community and influencers.Utilize the platforms to create buzz and promote brand and products.Drive traffic to optomausa.com through SEO techniques.Research, plan, and execute SEO, SEM and web analytics best practices to improve website traffic and ranking.Grow social media followers, impressions and engagement.Candidate Specification
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.3-5 years of experience in social media marketing.Experience building & development communications across website & social media platforms.Experience in social platforms and analytics tools and/or other SEO research tools.Exceptional writing and editing skills.Cutting-edge knowledge of social media networks, and user experience with Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn required.
