This role operates in a dynamic, high-paced environment and requires seamless collaboration across a wide range of business partners both inside and outside of American Express. This position is an integral part of the team and needs to be very proactive in anticipating and adapting to the needs of the organization.Day to day responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Work closely with Executive Assistant & Executive Office to coordinate all office operations & planningProvide strategic and analytical support for business planning initiatives: annual strategy plan, reporting, business reviews, budget pacing, and moreLead Global Strategic Partnerships and Marketing organization through key activities: annual goal setting, annual performance reviews & calibration, LRP, Leadership Team meetings and other large-scale meetingsLiase with other executive offices on business deliverablesMinimum QualificationsStrong business acumen and independent decision-making abilityIntellectual curiosity and ability to learn quicklyHighly organized and detail oriented, with the ability to prioritize deliverables to drive resultsDistinguished executive presence and professionalism, confident interacting with senior leaders, and in managing expectationsExcellent partnership skills with the ability to collaborate with and influence internal across leadership levelsExhibited success in structuring and implementing processesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsSense of humor requiredSalary Range: $80,000.00 to $155,000.00 annually + bonus + benefitsThe above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
