Job Duties Include: Collaborate with the team to develop new concepts and edit lines Create sketches for development packages Manage the design process from conception to execution Identify new trends and fabrics for inspiration Present designs, samples, and color boards to management Design and develop children’s apparel Partner with graphic designers and artists to create prints/designs aligned with brand aesthetic Fit garments and provide detailed feedback on silhouettes Ensure cohesive product lines through cross-functional collaboration Maintain market trend knowledge to effectively merchandise lines
Job Qualifications Include: Bachelor's degree in Apparel Design or a related field 2+ years of experience in fashion design Kidswear experience is not required Proficiency in PLM systems and hand sketching Strong understanding of market trends and merchandising Excellent communication skills Creative thinker with a strategic mindset Ability to contribute new ideas and not just follow existing market trends Collaborative team player willing to support all aspects of the work
Salary: $70k - $72k annually
