Key Responsibilities:
Promotional Oversight: Create promotional content for all product lines including announcements, catalogs, brochures, website material.
Brand Oversight: Provide direction for all corporate brand materials including products, corporate forms, brochures, articles, email newsletters.
Lead Generation/Oversight: Oversee and analyze the lead source tracking system and all marketing activities to generate leads
Social Media Oversight: Develop marketing plan for the effective use of appropriate social media platforms. Develop content for newsletters and social media posts.
Website Oversight: Develop website content and direct digital marketing activities. Responsible for SEO activities.
Event Management: Coordinate company trade shows and ensure all materials are available.
Vendor Management: Manage contacts with marketing agencies and vendors regarding website, internet search placement, printing video, and promotional items to execute marketing efforts.
Marketing Strategy: Work collaboratively with the VP of Revenue to implement and execute marketing plans for a range of linear motion products. Provide marketing support to the Company.
Demonstrated Leadership: Leads by example and upholds the company's values.
Budget Oversight: Responsible for managing the assigned marketing budget.
Data Analysis: Collects and analyzes data to evaluate existing and potential sales markets. Conducts market research and assists in developing marketing plans for specific products. Develop and implement methods to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
Marketing Process Optimization: Work collaboratively with Regional Sales Managers and central sales organization to continuously evaluate and improve the marketing process, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
KPI Oversight: Responsible for lead generation, tracking results and marketing KPIs
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with sales departments to align strategies and drive coordinated efforts towards revenue goals.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing is required
5+ years marketing experience preferably B2B industrial product manufacturing
Thorough understanding of traditional and digital marketing elements and market research methods
Experience in data analytics, website optimization and tools
Comprehensive computer skills, including Google platform, marketing software (i.e., Adobe Acrobat Pro, etc.), and applications (i.e., Analytics, AdWords)
Well organized and detail oriented
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Travel requirement (10%)
