Overview
We are looking for a highly creative Jr. Art Director with a strong background in both print and digital design. This role will be instrumental in shaping our visual identity, developing brand assets, and executing multi-channel creative projects. The ideal candidate has a refined aesthetic, a passion for fashion, and a deep understanding of visual storytelling across different mediums.
Responsibilities
Conceptualize and execute creative direction for seasonal campaigns, lookbooks, digital marketing, e-commerce assets, and social media.
Lead design execution for both print (packaging, in-store visuals, editorial materials) and digital (website, email marketing, paid media, motion graphics).
Collaborate with the marketing, e-commerce, and product teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
Oversee photoshoots, including pre-production planning, art direction on set, and post-production edits.
Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure a cohesive visual identity.
Stay ahead of design trends in fashion, digital media, and branding to drive innovation.
Manage and mentor junior designers and freelancers when necessary.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in graphic design, art direction, or a related field, preferably within the fashion, beauty, or lifestyle industries.
Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in both print and digital design.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
Experience with photography direction, retouching, and video editing is a plus.
Understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices for digital platforms.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
