Job Description The expected pay for Senior Kitchen & Bath Designer $50,400 to $60,500 per year plus commission . HPM Building Supply is looking to hire a Senior Kitchen and Bath Designer in Honolulu, Hawaii. The Senior Kitchen & Bath Designer shepherds customers through the process of obtaining a custom-designed kitchen / bath, ensuring an experience that wows. This individual has an entrepreneur growth mindset, builds leads, creates compelling designs, nurtures excellent customer relationships, and contributes to the profitability of our 100% employee-owned company. Schedule for the Senior Kitchen and Bath Designer : Monday - Friday 8 : 00 am - 5 : 00 pm with some flexibility on start time Rotating Saturday NO SUNDAYS!!! QUALIFICATIONS Ability to mentor, teach, develop, and train level I and II designers.Complete understanding of the application of principles, concepts, practices, and standards. Full knowledge of industry practices.Previous experience in sales and customer service required.Intermediate computer skills required - Microsoft OfficePrevious experience in sales, project planning and 2020 design software preferred.
