Marketing Manager Job Summary
We are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead strategic marketing initiatives, drive campaign execution, and optimize marketing resources. This role involves developing marketing materials, prioritizing key initiatives, and fostering collaboration across departments to enhance brand presence and business growth. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, problem-solver, and effective communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Marketing Manager Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to support business objectives.
- Oversee marketing programs, including digital, print, trade shows, and direct mail.
- Manage marketing budgets and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive marketing initiatives.
- Lead market research efforts to identify new opportunities.
- Develop and distribute promotional and sales support materials.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Plan and execute sales meetings and brand awareness events.
- Direct supervision of one full-time employee.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field with 7-10 years of experience.
- Master’s degree in Marketing or related field.
- Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (Operations, Sales, Finance, etc.).
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and marketing analytics tools.
