LOCATION: Alloy Personal Training at 335 Rice Lake Square, Wheaton IL 60189 YOU WILL LAUNCH A BRAND NEW STUDIO: The Assistant Studio Manager/Head Coach at Alloy Personal Training Wheaton will be instrumental in the launch of this brand new location. This includes grassroots marketing campaigns in the community. The ideal leader for our training team will be present at local health and wellness events, they will be involved in local networking opportunities, speak with prospective members,sign new members to the studio, etc. CAREER GROWTH: There are realistic opportunities for growth into Studio Management as we expand. This is the first of (3) studios coming to the region with this ownership group. There is realistic room for multi-unit growth. FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE AVAILABLE: FULL-TIME AND PART-TIME positions are available at our studio at this time. Ideally, we are looking for a Head Coach (Full-Time) and 2 Part-Time Coaches as we prepare for our grand opening. HIGHLIGHTS INCLUDE: The ideal match could coach between 24-30 hours per week in addition to otherduties. You'll be helping lead our team with workout sessions, presales, marketing and new sales. The ultimate goal will be to open the studio with 150 members or more. The perfect match will have on-the-floor skills and will be able to do local grassroots campaigns and community events. PREMIUM COMPENSATION: GENEROUS STRUCTURE WITH ANNUAL EARNING $65,000.00-$80,000.00 or more. Professional Development Paid Training in Atlanta, GA for Head Coach YOU WILL THRIVE AT ALLOY. You will be an instrumental part of the studio while you drive ongoing membership sales, retention, hiring, team training & development. As the Assistant Studio Manager/Head Coach, you'll spend roughly 24-30 hours a week conducting small group personal training sessions in our studio. The rest of your hours will be spent on marketing, sales, retention and staff training. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Facilitate small group personal training sessions with great technical coaching and connecting with clients to create a best-in-class training experience Develop goals and objectives in order to provide member and employee satisfaction, improve member and employee retention, and increase membership Assist the General Manager with community building, local organic marketing, and turning prospects into members Other duties as assigned CORE REQUIREMENTS: We prefer that you hold a Nationally Recognized Personal Training Certification (NASM, ACSM, NSCA, CSCS, ISSA, NCCPT, NCSF, ACE, etc. OR a BA in Kinesiology or Exercise Science) Experience as a personal trainer or conducting small group training sessions for 4-5 years Experience in fitness related sales Excellent communication, time management, organizational and relationship-building skills Computer literacy Evening and weekends hours are required MindBody experience preferred Tech savvy - we utilize the latest in fitness technology and programming Experience working with the 40+ population and modifying movements based on limitations is a plus INSTAGRAM: @alloypersonaltraining STRONGER TOGETHER: OVER 300 LOCATIONS AND GROWING!
