The National Security Sector provides technology-enabled services and mission software capabilities for defense and intel customers in the areas of cyber, logistics, security operations, and decision analytics. The National Security Sector at Leidos currently has an opening for an OSINT Strategic Communications Support Lead to work in one of our customer’s offices (Bethesda, MD; Reston, VA; DIA HQ; or Cocoa Beach FLA). This is an exciting opportunity to use your experience helping the DoD’s OSINT mission. In this mission space, we support DIA/OSIC's OSINT production on behalf of the Defense Intelligence Enterprise (DIE). The Leidos effort consists of five main tasks: collecting and reporting, mission and information technology architecture, policy and OSINT governance support, OSINT strategic communications strategy support, and OSINT specialized tradecraft and training development support. As our OSINT Strategic Communications Support Lead, you will lead OSINT Strategic Communications Contractors in collaboration with the DIA/OSIC Government Team while representing Leidos to DIA Government Staff who oversee this effort on behalf of DIA and the DIE. Responsibilities Include: POC to the Government, providing leadership and guidance for contractor personnel assigned to the OSINT Strategic Communication Support Team. Responsible for quality and efficiency of team’s operations. Represents Leidos to Government Staff. Responsible for on-time delivery of team’s contractually required programmatic artifacts. Optimizes use of all team’s resources to enhance mission efficiency and effectiveness. Leads OSINT Strategic Communication Support Team Contractors to design, develop, and refine strategic communications plans, create content for digital platforms, and coordinate with Government Teams to achieve communication goals. Clearance Required: Active TS clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI with Polygraph. Required Experience, Skills, and Education: Bachelor’s degree and 12 years' experience in strategic communications, content creation, and stakeholder engagement. Preferred Experience, Skills, and Education: Degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field. Familiarity with the Defense Open Source Council. Experience with working in a dynamically evolving environment as a member of a diverse, collaborative, and often dispersed team. #J-18808-Ljbffr
