About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Web Developer with 0-3 years of experience to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career developer to work in a collaborative environment, gain hands-on experience, and contribute to impactful projects. The ideal candidate will have exposure to at least two of the following core technologies: Angular, Java, and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize web applications using modern frameworks and programming languages.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and improve existing applications.
• Assist in database design, queries, and integration with application backends.
• Adapt to shifting priorities and new project requirements in a fast-paced environment.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practice discussions.

• 0-3 years of professional web development experience (internships, academic projects, or freelance work count).
• Exposure to at least two of the following: Angular, Java, SQL.
• Understanding of web development principles and responsive design.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and workflows.

• Experience with AI technologies, including mainstream AI tools or custom LLMs.
• Cloud experience with AWS or GCP.
• Familiarity with Python for scripting or backend development.

• Collaborative team player.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
• Eagerness to learn and take initiative.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
