Job Summary The Marketing Consultant VI, Audience-based marketing strategist, will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing audience-based marketing strategies. This individual will understand, identify, and target specific audience segments, develop marketing plans, and use data and insights to drive audience growth and engagement across multiple channels. Additionally, this role involves leading the development and execution of multi-channel direct marketing campaigns, managing production schedules, budgets, and metrics to drive customer acquisition and member retention. The position collaborates with analytics teams to leverage data modeling, partners with creative teams for copy and creative development, and manages external vendors to ensure quality, timeliness, and cost control. Essential Responsibilities
Practice self-leadership and promote learning by soliciting feedback, building cross-functional relationships, communicating effectively, and fostering open dialogue. Influence, mentor, and coach team members, and adapt to change and feedback. Drive multiple work streams by identifying customer needs, developing procedures, gaining support, translating business strategies into requirements, and removing obstacles to performance. Lead complex market data collection and analysis to create actionable marketing plans, partner with research and analytics teams, and report on ROI to optimize strategies. Design and implement marketing strategies supporting growth and retention, ensuring brand consistency, leveraging market research, analyzing metrics, and driving improvements. Develop and execute multi-channel go-to-market plans, manage relationships with channel partners, and explore new opportunities based on data insights. Lead integrated marketing communications programs, align activities across teams, evaluate campaign effectiveness, and optimize efforts. Manage complex marketing projects, including planning, stakeholder coordination, vendor management, and financial oversight. Provide expertise to creative teams, develop creative briefs, and oversee the creative process. Minimum Qualifications
At least 8 years of direct marketing experience, including 4 years in strategy development. Minimum 5 years in a leadership role, with or without direct reports. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related fields, with 10+ years of relevant experience; equivalent work experience may substitute for the degree. Additional Details
